Any vendors out there got a Wii Homebrew product without a bad refund rate?

I've been promoting a certain vendors Wii Unlocking guide and the refund rate is horrible (like 20%). I know there's a few products in the marketplace that are similar, do any of you vendors have one that doesn't have a really high refund rate?

I will be asking for screenshot proof before even thinking about promoting your product so please don't try and lie and cover it up. If you're cool with it, either post it here with a screenshot showing me your true refund rate, or send it to me via PM.

    Thanks.

On another note, does anyone know exactly why it is that almost all products in the gaming market have these ridiculous refund rates?

I have one with a low refund rate but it does not convert as good as other wii unlocking products. I am in the process of rewriting the sales page and redo the graphics. When its ready, I will inform you.

Yes, just the niche i think however i can think of FAR worse niches than Homebrew products, venrooy has been in the niche for a long while and the refund rate is not too high.

I can gladly deal with 7% instead of 20% any day. That's about 1/3 less than what I'm getting now.

Can you share with me what's different about your product from http://myhomebreware.com/index2.html that would lead to the lower refunds? Or are all these products basically the exact same thing?

    Thanks

Oh yeah, and what is your average conversion rate for affiliates? I know it says hops per order is 132 in that screenshot but I imagine a lot of affiliates send junk traffic which would hurt your overall conversion stats. If you could show me a screenshot of the hops per order from your affiliates that make consistent sales that would be great.

I don't think there's much difference between our products. I do however try to keep the software updated w/ any changes in the wii's firmware. Also, I believe that myhomwbreware.com was recently sold on flippa. So the new owner may not be keeping it updated.

But here's the conversions of my top 2 affiliates. they make up over 60% of my sales. It's been much better around the holidays, but they are still both under 1/50.

been tried all the wii products, trust me. There is one that converts well and has high refund rates. The other products convert poorly and same refund rates. Is about the product, just links to free resources, that causes this.
and no, I am not saying this to keep affiliates away from this niche, affiliates in this niche know what I am talking about..there is nothing you can do to decrease refund rates.

Yeah, I know the refund rates in this niche are going to be higher than in other markets, but I already have the sites setup and they do make sales so I might as well find a product that doesn't have as high of a refund as MyHomebreware.com does.

From the screenshot Venrooy posted, 6 refunds out of 85 sales isn't all that bad. I've done 25 sales with MyHomebreware over the past few weeks and already at 5 refunds which sucks.

Anyway, I plan to flip these sites after they have a steady 2 months of sales or so for me to base the income off of. Until I sell them though, I gotta get the refunds as low as possible because the converions have been pretty good.
