I have a site names thebible-online.com. This site is performing well in google but not performing well in Yahoo and MSN.

Can any one advise me what I have to do for this. What are the step I need to take for achieving good ranking in other search engine.

Why the keywords are no more rigid

That's enough if you are able to "perform well" in google search, the traffic from Yahoo+MSN is 10 times lesser compare to google
It will be better spend your time on other keyword and focus on google

Yahoo can take much longer to rank in and MSN is generally all over the board the past few days.

Well most of the market is covered by Google so you shouldn't think about Yahoo and MSN.
you should update the content little bit and try for it.

About 65% of global query made by Google, so why you are going to run behind other's. Concentrate in creating more quality content try to get focused on google for more keyword(s)

I agree with what pretty-much everyone else has already posted. If you're doing well in Google, dont even worry about Yahoo or MSN/Bing. For now, virtually everyone uses Google. If you go monkeying around changing things to try and improve your Yahoo or MSN/Bing ranking, you may mess-up your Google ranking. I say, leave well-enough alone.

This is correct. Focus on Google and the others will follow eventually.

Yahoo and MSN will indeed take longer to rank your site. Just make sure you have enough backlinks and you will certainly rank well for your keywords in MSN and Yahoo sooner or later.

It seems you are still serious on getting with Yahoo and Bing.

    - If you have changed some on-page factor, especially content. It will effect your ranking in Yahoo no matter what. I have tested and found Yahoo is still relying with many on-page factors including oldie ones.

    - If you have well ranking in Google you should have the same with Bing since they have improved a lot and many of their factors come close to Google. What kind of your backlinks is most? Homepages / Sitewide / Sidebar / Footer / in-content / blog comments / link in forum signature / link in forum content

From my own personal experience, Yahoo likes links. Bing, I've never been able to figure Bing out. =\
