hello all, i want to start a new site that just embeds videos from other sites. but all of this would be pulled from an rss feed from this other site. i have tried almost every template configuration that i can think of. but for some reason, it will not embed the videos. the videos are in the form of the <object > tags, and the AutoBlogged plugin does not like this very well. is there a template for this plugin that will publish video objects by embedding them in the post? if not, then is there a plugin that will? and i am not talking about one that pulls from youtube or something like that. any help is appreciated.
By not embed videos... what do you mean. my guess is 1) its from an rss feed, and they dont put the video embed in the rss feed. 2) the disable hotlinking...
ok, the videos, when posted through the WP add post page, are added in an object form so as to be embedded into the page. but when i add the rss feed to my site, they just look like jibberish and they dont post the videos. how can i make it so that it does post the videos?
ya i was just checking it out in firefox tab and chrome tab. but today i checked it using the reader, and the videos dont show up in the reader either. i think that i just need to put in a plugin to allow videos to be shown in an rss feed. do you guys know of any WP plugins that will embed videos in rss feeds?
