From my opinion, I really love your website. But I think you need to put a lot of work to make it more outstanding.

I've been wondering, why there is no featured?

 

Nice and clean website but if you can make your logo bigger, it'd be better ! keep going !

I don't have a problem with the size of your logo, it could be bigger but I think it's probably fine the way it is. On the other hand, if you're going to have all those google ads on there with the same thing you might want to make the logo bigger. The only real problem I see is those ads. There are three graphic banners there right on top and they're all showing the same thing. It looks over done and having them all right there like that would make me LESS likely to click on one than if there were only one. Focus more on your content and just have one ad in there. I'd loose the big banners on the top and right side and leave the 468X60 under the "featured" section. I'd also do something with the "latest news" ads on the right as well. Perhaps not present them so much as content. Other than that, the site looks great.

 

sometime these ads show different things so that I don't want visitors miss em.

Also, If only 1 ads on page, maybe their eyes won't be caught ^_^ (I create this website just for only increasing Adsense revenue)

I would change the on page title from "homepage" to your site title, or something else that gives people an idea of what the site is about.
