What offers do you really expect with no traffic, new domain, and bad layout design? If the website design is only stock script then we really are just buying the script w/domain name. So, maybe in that case you should start your auction/selling at 80$+cost of the domain.

Answer this please is the license valid for the domain? Can you transfer the name on the license to someone else? Tell us the base amount your looking to get if you don't like the offers you are getting?

how does it work? i checked sitemobile.org domain on your script and its pending delete on may 20, but its free for registration at the moment. is the data correct? where do you get the data of the domains ?

When domain enters Pending Delete Status, The domain will be purged from the registry database after being in this status for 5 calendar days. it usually lasts 5 days,however,sometimes it can be less.

You can check pagerank and other information for each domain by clicking on "Magnifying glass" next to each domain.
This is only way to check for pagerank at this point.
