there are 2 memberships $25 and $100 there was a $20 prelaunch special for exclusive as the listing states 18 days the traffic increase was becuase the site was sitting dormanant all traffic is from other credit based safelists and is free and takes about 10mins a day you can increasee the traffic to 2400 unique safelist users a day with a $32 costs whis is optional of course you can just use the free methods and jv with some other owners of these types of sites I am the only person using this method so have no competetion.
