Gay Bar by Electric 6.... a week's solid play. One of the kids is obsessed with it and as the kid's pc is next to mine, it gets played to death constantly... that was until my finger accidently slipped on the delete key while it was hovering over the mp3 *looks innocent*

yeah... after a week straight of any song I'd probably be doing more than slipping on the delete key. I'd be slipping my friends/kids/whoever's sound card & speakers out the window I think.

Um..I used to listen to songs on repeat heaps when I was younger, not so much these days, I get bored a bit quicker. So there's probably a few U2 songs I'd have listened to for many hours at a time.

Nothing close to 6-7 hours though. Don't think any song is good enough for that!

The antenea in my car once came undone. I was too lazy too fix it. I drove for almost two years with only the Pearl Jam 10 album in the cassette on auto repeat.

I have no clue how or why I let it go that long. But yep. I did it. I was in that car alot too then.

There was no good music on the radio during that period anyway.

Okay, so I have a new one to add to the list. I've dropped the frog song and been kicking it all day to Numa Numa... the song that made Gary Brolsma famous for dancing to in front of his web cam. If you've been hiding under a rock and haven't seen Gary do his thing, you can check it out here or here or a million plus other places... :)

The actual song is pretty good... I have no idea what the lyrics translate to, if anyone does know please tell me. More curious than anything since I'm on hour five... hehe.

My answer would be however many years its been since Eddy Grant released Electric Avenue. That song has been stuck in my head for so long that it has become the bane of my existence.

I defy anybody who reads this post to not be haunted by it for the rest of the day at least. I really need to file a lawsuit against that guy.

    Good Gawd!!!!

    Hey Baz,

That all looks fine and dandy on paper until you're in a real world situation.
OFFICER: Can I see your license and registration?
ME: "Out in the street there was violence,...HOOOO,...GOOD GAWDDD"
OFFICER: You have the right to remain silent.
ME: (in homer simpson voice) "Lousy stinkin Eddy Grant".

We once had a stint in our shop (Electrical Panel Shop) where we listened to "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" by THE Gordon Lightfoot for like 8 hrs straight...have to verify the runtime but I'm pretty sure we were within 7-9 plays of wearing out the CD.
