Buying Redesign this flyer!

I need someone with more graphic skills than I have to redesign my flyer. You can see the direction I was going. The content needs to be the same, but the layout can be totally different.

I plan to pay $25 through paypal to my favorite design. I'd like to get it done asap.

Hire a designer the proper way. Don't ask for multiple designers to throw their work at you for the chance you might pay them for it.
