Anybody seen any problems with Analytics and Webmaster Tools today?

Just checked Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics for my site and noticed in Webmaster Tools the amount of indexed pages was 1 !!!!. Well, I had a similar experience about two weeks ago and as I found out, it was a technical problem with Google that was fixed still the same day and all in a sudden it even showed more indexed pages than ever before. But at that time I read here about several people had problems.
Now what really got me today is that Google Analytics shows 0 (Zero, Nada, None) visits, which I know isn't true because I also checked Awstats.
Yesterday I updated two things about our online shop and I don't know if one might cause any problems with Google.
First I updated Joomla to the latest staple version and then I also upgraded sef404SH to the latest version. Well, this seo friendly url generating tool that caused me a lot of trouble in the past with it's pagination bug is meant to have a lot of it's bugs fixed but I'm still very cautious when it come about sef404SH. And even all my urls still look the same, so I don't know if this tool might cause any problem with Analytics or the Webmaster Tools in the background and invisible to me.
So did anybody experience any problems with Analytics or Webmaster Tools, please post it here so I will know the problem isn't on my end only.
    Thank You

Thank you guys. I almost figured the problem was on my end only and I'm pretty much 99.99% for sure it is caused by my favorite plugin sef404SH. :(
The problem still persists by today.
Now I hope the forum from dev anything digital will have a good explanation.

Yeah the problem will most probably be from your side. I haven't been experiencing anything today.
One website had ended up on bandwidth, Analytics on the other blog are working fine.
