I actually use topix.com and post there. Yes, its nofollow on links but the terms will rank high and bring visitors to my site. so it works out for me and topix doesn't delete them or anything

Yeah, I agree with you. My account has been closed for many times though I didn't do anything bad.

Yeah, I use topix.com too, and I will post nearly 100 on it every day. But less people click it. Not more than 4 one day, why ? How many posts do you do on the topix.com? What is the main content of it?

Yahoo Answers is part of my backlink building strategy, but not a big part. I try to answer about 3 questions a day but it's a big deal if I can't do that.

Will the backlinks work if Yahoo Answers is nofollow? I answer about 10 questions one day.

Yahoo Answers works great for one of my clients, but it doesn't work for me. It really depends on your niche. Some topics get loads of relevant questions, and the people asking them are the kind that will click links. Other topics just don't fit that well with the site.

I'd suggest browsing the site for a few minutes a day for a couple of weeks - you should be able to tell pretty quickly whether or not you're going to get results.

Yes, I tried it too. I just post answers and share my link to the relevant sites of course, to make it not a spam.

Yes. BW1 is right. If you will respond like a robot, the admin will think you are spamming. Your account will be banned and you need to create another account and start over again.
