Buying need someone to transfer files/blog to cpanel

    i have host gator. cpanel. and i am hosting a friends blog on mine.. i was wondering anybody could log into his cpanel and mine. he just got host gator hosting. and transfer the blog over from mine to his account..

    i have no clue how to transfer the files and such.
