Paypal Availability in Pakistan

    MOSTLY ON THE INTERNET PAYPAL IS REQUIRED BUT PAYPAL IS NOT OFFERING THEIR SERVICES IN PAKISTAN.

    wHY?

    Why?

    coz the policies of banking system in Pakistan are not favourable to paypal..

    Yes, not only Pakistan...there are lot of country where paypal not offering their services. You should ask this question directly to paypal. They are the only one who can give best answer.

    Paypal is not available in pakistan but in countries where paypal is not there,Moneybookers is good payment processor to use.

    Pakistan has a terrible IT sector. If the IT sector's head or team wished Pakistan's inclusion in Paypal they would have done something by now.

    Its not just the banking, Pakistan hasnt updated their Money Laundering laws since Feb '10 and now Payoneer has also suspended transaction following 1 May on all its Master cards... So 2 CO cant work either...
