I want to know Can I fully depend On MSE for my computer security ? or I have to use any other security software ?

I have previously used AVG and Bitdefender but they all are making my PC extremely slow

One of the advantages of Security Essentials is it won't slow your computer down like the others do. No, you don't need any other anti-virus software either as that's always been unnecessary.

My tip: never trust just ONE program/software for your whole computer securtity. I´ve never used MSE,.. because I´m a user of Avira Antivir (free). (And the plus is it doesn´t slows my pc down).

But: I would not only use MSE, etc., you should also consider to use maleware detectors, etc. like malewarebytes, a-squared, hitmanpro 3.5. Because they can detect maleware/trojans/etc. more effective.

PS: never use two anit-virus softwares at the same time!

@spearson360s recommendation flies in the face of all reports that it's not necessary to run two programs and that Security Essentials is one of the top two av software packages as reported by CNET, Consumer Reports and others.

Well, I wouldn't really trust any program other than Kaspersky. I've used all of the known programs (Avira, Avast, ZoneAlarm) and they've all slowed down or affected my computers speed in some way. Whether it's the process of the program or the firewall blocking almost all of my connections at once. But, with Kaspersky, it's a completely different story. My computer runs smooth, REAL viruses are caught before they do any damage, and it's an overall great product.

    Just my two cents, though!

There isn't a single antivirus which will solve all your problems so don't depend on MSE alone, install another lightweight program.

For general use, if you're sensible (i.e. aren't downloading and running software from unknown sites), MSSE should be fine. You can always use a web based scanner once a month or so, just to make sure that your computer is clean.
