Really i say, there is no algorithm at all. Only they see is site important, and how your site is important to other sites. If you have useful content, and regular non duplicate content, you will get good page rank and first listings. That is my algorithm
I totaaly agree to you point, earninome. I have optimiing my sites since couple of years but never paid much stress on Google algorithms AS "G" are struck on fresh content ,no spam and informative sites,
Its true... content is king. Period. but is important to know how to have this content distributed among your site and thats the part of the algorith we are concerned about.. You can have wonderfull content, but if you dont know how to manage it might become a problem.
If you are asking the question like what is the new Google algorithm, then it showing that you know the the previous Google algorithm very correctly. But i think Google never gives his search algorithm in written. It is a search engine and always make the changes in such a manner that visitor get the correct information in his every search. So make your site in such a way that useful for visitors is the main algorithm of all search engines.
The google algorithm is so big for one person to soley know how it works. I heard about 2 years ago it had over 5 million variables that work together and have lots of different influential factors. The top guys at Google probably don't even know exactly what the full system outcome is...
Looks like some people are seeing a drop in traffic for long tail keywords over the past couple of weeks. Check these out http://www.seomoz.org/blog/whiteboa...stId&mediaId=fb29688fd3c84355b7cdd26add2678db and http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/022128.html The drop is said to be 10-15%. Is anyone experiencing the same?
The original algorithm was released some time ago: PR OF YOUR PAGE = 0.15 + 0.85*[(# OF YOUR LINKS)*(PR OF THEIR PAGE)/(# OF LINKS ON THEIR PAGE) + MORE LINK JUICE] But I'm think that the damping factors are now logarithmic or something. What is consistent? What cause the damping factor (estimated at 0.85 in the equation) to drop or raise? If you could give me more information about this equation, that would be great. It would help me and my customers. Links to relevant resources are always appreciated!
according to New Algorithm nothing changes in SEO strategies but there is one latest thing which we need to put in our website content. Because As per Latest algorithm that "Content is King".
