$300 Original Multiple Mascot Design (48 hours)

The winner of this contest will receive the contract to draw a total of six mascots. However, to win you only need to draw one mascot. Once awarded I will work with the artist on the other mascots.

So, here is what I need. Below is a link to a picture of a person that needs to be drawn into a full color mascot. The style of drawing needs to be comic book/superhero style. I have given some examples for you to look at. I want the person to wear causal clothes (not superhero clothes), and look as close as possible to the image. However, the main thing is to make the drawing look BETTER than the actual person (better looks, better body, etc). Basically, drawing the person to be a super model.

The winner will need to provide the mascot in psd or vector (preferably both, but not required).

All questions and submissions must be submitted through the thread. I will not take any PM-ed designs or questions.

The contest is for 48 hours or until a clear winner is decided on. Please let me know in the thread if you have any questions.

IMAGE TO MASCOT: This is the actual person you need to base your drawing off of.

SAMPLES: The samples are really detailed, which isn't necessarily required to win, but I also wouldn't mind it. Also, no background is required.

 

When you say better body do you mean more muscle like a super-hero or just better like a super-model (as stated in the description)?

 

@bakerbaker: You can do either depiction (a superhero or a super model), both would work.

@hypnotech: I like your style, but I would show his other arm more. It looks like he only has one.
@aTo: This is a nice design, but I feel it is too real to the picture. Also, the coloring really makes the smile take the major focus of the drawing.
@lilianchen: I like this a lot better. No more changes, I want to see some more mascots but these drawings will definitely be considered.
@pehulz: Good drawing but I would make the hair black.
