You can move that backup file to a web accessible path, then just download it from the second server. If you have WHM on both servers, there is a transfer utility that can be used. If you just have a cPanel account, ask your host to transfer your site for you.

 

tried cpanel transfer system
not working as data too large

 

Do you have shell access to both servers? At what level (root or user)?

 

One is owned by me full access
other user just have cpanel access

 

How big is it? Do you only want to transfer it to another server or do you want to restore the backup on the other account?
