Selling Student Loans Adsense Site - Rank #11 out of 5,770,000

I'm wanting to sell my site that I have been working on for quite some time.

The URL is above. It is ranked #11 for the keyword "student loan grants". That keyword receives 18,100 searches per month. This would generate tons of adsense income in the long run, but I am in need of money at the moment. I was hoping to save it for a few more months, but family matters comes first.

All content on the site is unique, written by me.

It's very minimal currently, since it's still on the second page. When it gets to the first page, you will start receiving traffic & money. Like I said in my original post, I really hoped to save it till that point, and then sell it... but I have family issues, and can't wait for that amount of time. If you continue to SEO the site, it should be on the first page in no time.

 

The competition for first page seems quite fierce. I did a quick check with marketsamurai and there are a lot 2800 BLPs+ and .govs. Can you share your thoughts about the hardness to break into that?

 

The site has jumped a few times to the first page and back down to #11. Those sites are the first page are not optimized for that keyword, therefore though past experience, I know that most of the time a keyword domain will beat out sites that are not optimized for that keyword. I used Market Samurai as well, and that is how I came up with this domain.

 

Are you willing to supply me a read only google analytics log in for that domain?

 

Like I said before, you won't see much at all. The site is still in startup stages, and all it needs is someone willing to keep doing what I'm doing to promote it to page one. I can give you access if you really want, but views are minimal at the moment.

 

Please tell us where you got the 18000 searches/mo number. I checked Goog adwords tool, but only comes up with 720 exact searches and 6k total.

 

The Google Ads tool shows 18,000 searches. Make sure your settings are on United States/English.
