The probleme of Hotfile is due to Hotfile servers issues ; and these last days It do not work for many file hostings ; so its not the problem of mangoshare servers ...

 

well i believe its an issue of leech plugin, as it is not even getting files from rapidshare and megaupload

 

There must be some issues with point system as there is huge difference between number of downloads and the points earned. It may be that completed downloads earn you points but it's absurd that you earn 60 points against 400 downloads.

 

@foster, no there is no issue with the points calculation, basically there was an over load issue to the server(which got resolved yesterday) due to which users were getting extremely low speeds around 25K which cause very very low downloads, but since i have added new servers yesterday in 2~3 days time all the load will be automatically balanced and everything automatically came back, because old files remains on the old server.

so again rest assure there is no problem with the points.
Second, whats the size of the File & what is the geographic location of the download, (it does matter as well)

 

80 Download no point why ?

 

For 80 started download of a 14 mb file and no completed download is impossible alright.......

 

I just checked your account.

1st you uploaded file on the 24th of April 2010, at that time the site wasnt running. and your file was uploaded to the application server which was closed for uploading once i fully launched my site.

So no problem with the system at all, just upload now, and spread the files to earn money.

I've been tested download a lot, and find out only 50% ( or maybe less ) trials can be complete.
It always happens when it's about to finish I get discounected from the serve and have to start to download again.
This is very bad and freaking downloaders out.

do premium users have unlimited rapidshare leech everyday or are they limited to 12 a day like registered users?

yea you can see that in the reports, i am sharing 30% with the users , and offcourse i can see a quite surge in Payouts to the users since my downloading speed is back

there is no problem with the system, tell me your username and i can tell you the details, i bet your file size will be very small and your users might be from tier 3, kindly please read the tier table. I got my desktop uploader. I will be posting it here and on the website in few hours.
