Selling Ovwer 2 years old website for sale PR3

I changed my mind on several occasion regarding this website, but now I made final decision to sell it....


Please ask any question you might have....Site is over 2 years old, PR 3 had over 2000UV , etc

No big revenues claimed here, but traffic is great, and big potential for someone who have a time bring this site to the next level....

Does all the posts unique? what is the revenue?

 

Are the ads you made removable..? Is there any ad for which you have accepted a long duration rent...?

 

No I do not own conceptualist.com What link in the footer you are referring to? Anything can be removed

All ads is removable ...You can change rent period the way you want it....there is many options...you can play with plug ins you installed....as I'm not transferring the site....Site will be transferred by the buyer....

 

All post is written by me, and many others who was guest post, and as well people who want it to get more traffic to their site....I'm not aware of any duplicate content...

Revenues is posted as not claim big....as I did not use adsence much....I'd say revenues is less then $10/month , but traffic is endless....My attention was run the site to get repeat visitors and readers...did not intend make money of this site, as I have many other site to handle and take care of...

Revenue will be endless in right hands with some little work on the site...You can change anything you want....

If you are really interested then I'd suggest you to do some search regarding visits, sites traffic, etc....Here is auto Google analytical which shows page views and traffic.......I hope you will find your way to figure it out....

 

BTW...This is domaning blog and if you find this expensive , then I guess you do not know much about that niche...If you are looking for some free blog templates with lot's of auto posts then this is wrong place and certainly wrong site for you....Thanks
