    ROFL, seriously?

You spelt Canada wrong, and even if you had the domain with the correct spelling of Canada, it'd still be worthless.

    Hi

Canidae is s basically a biological name of mammals family so there is no trademark issues

Check the wikipedia for more information

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canidae

Canidae is also the name of the company dealing with pet foods. but from canidae food means the food of the canidae class of mammals. so there is the difference no issue of trademark.
Canidae is a trademark but canidae food is not the violation of trademark. canidaefood.com means the food of a canidae class of mammals.

Ah, ok :D I thought you were trying to spell "Canada". No, i've never heard of them.

CANADAE is a registered trademark, therefor you are violating the trademark users rights & infringing the trademark by having a website related to pet foods, as it can be misleading to their visitors.

The word canidae has its own meaning that is a calass of mamals like fox, dogs, and at the same time it is the registered trade mark.

If i want to create a site about the food of canidae class of people then it would be named as canidae food. There is no violation of the trade mark canidae.

if some body register fitness club as a trade mark as fitness club is a common word then any one who opens a new business with best fitness club name then it would not be the trademark issue.

You are misleading and confusing the things..
