    Well no. Reciprocal by definition is not free. That said you may want to consider going free initially for content else it's just empty to search engines. OR try a newsfeed to at least pull in some content.

    @donttrust - Wrong. A reciprocal link is when two websites agree to place a link to the other website on their own - effectively a link exchange between two websites.

    Just an advice to someone starting a new web directory and making an announcement like you have, focus on giving out regular submissions for free atleast as long as you have a pagerank 0 directory.

    Or make the announcement at the point when you have received some pagerank.
