im done in this thread, it's so sad that me, a 17 y/o is more accepting to peoples beliefs then a bunch of red neck hicks (and I'm not talking about everyone here, the majority of people here are kind hearted people who are educated and open to people and I respect them for that), when you cuss to any God I am offended, there is only one God and that is the one God we all share -- this thread disgusts me and i dont see why I bother sticking around.

    - peace

I am not a monotheist. I have many gods.

I've always understood it to be Yahweh (Jehovah).

It is, but there is more: Elohim (God), Hakadush Baruch Hou (the Holy One Blessed be He), Hashem (the name) ...

LOL. That was so dumb. While Latin is missing a J, this the spelling whould techically be IEHOVAH, it wouldn't have used that spelling anyways. Since (someone can correct) me, there is no evidence the Romans even know the name Jehovah, so having no J makes even less sense. Since Christianity came over from the ME, Yahweh or some variation would have made more sense at that point, I think Jehovah is a modern interpretation of the name.

It's actually in the King James bible 4 times. In the other version (I forget what its called), its in there a lot more frequently. From what I understand, revisions replaced "Jehovah" with "God" everywhere, but I'm not sure why.

    Gay heaven I think. :p
Seriously, if it is illness related they can get to heaven. If it is lust related then not.

I don't think Muslims are allowed to be gay or happy for that matter.

    As far as I know.

Same-sex intercourse officially carries the death penalty in six Muslim nations: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Mauritania, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen.

In many Muslim nations, such as Bahrain, Qatar, Algeria, and the Maldives, homosexuality is punished with jail time, fines, or corporal punishment.

And thats a signifigant difference as nearly every Christian I know may not agree with it but they usually say something like "Thats between them and their god" and if there is someone who is gay in their church or their life, they treat them the same as anyone else

    They don't kill them

    Al Capone writes: "it's so sad that me, a 17 y/o "
    ... precisely, a 17 y/o - you've got a lot to learn.

Also, only a 17 y/o would preach peace under such a blood thirsty monikers name.

Very teenager of you, so thanks for the heads up. In that respect you share something with "Islam" the "religion of peace".... A-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

But most Christians are probably anti-gay.

All religions adapt with the times to be more popular, Islam is just a hundred years behind.

To be honest, I don't care what people think. Thats their business. When you back it up with either violence or try to force me to believe it also, then I have a problem.
