Anyone help me that what i do i cant boot my xp CD and what is setting in Set-Up. While i disabled A: Drive. Anyone help me pleaseeee
You have to set your PC to boot up from the CD Drive. To do this, you need to access your BIOS by either pressing Del or F2 while you're computer is booting up. You can find it under Advanced BIOS Setup (or something like that). Just choose your CD Drive as the primary boot option. Then restart. After that, you'll be able to boot up from your CD and install WinXP. Hope this help. Good luck.
I hav another set up if i hav first boot drive so i dont hav any no problem. I go to boot option and selete 1st drive "4M RCC ROM" any no response...
first of all you have to set your first bootable device to CD/DVD then insert disc and their is a message on screen "Press any key to continue" then press any key automatically start setup then their are not of instruction and you can choose them according to you. At last you have to enter disk (c,d ,E) which you want to format or want to install your operating system
The moment you turn on your PC, press F2 so you can go to BIOS. Once inside BIOS, switch to boot first from CD. Save and restart, you might be prompted again if you want to boot from CD, when this happens follow the prompt. Good luck.
Just go to CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) setup, then change boot device priority and then press F10 button and save configuration.and restart computer.
