they probably use the word flat more often...BUT...if you do a search on external keyword tool you'd realise that "condos for sale" is searched waaaaay more often than "flats for sale". Good thing is that the word "condo" is starting to get in the local use slowly. Even if I do 5% of estibot appraisal of the domain...it still brings me low xxx.
dont rely on an estibot appraisal for a domain if it was .com i would say ok but the fact its a .co.uk for the uk market and its an american descriptive word sways me away from it 99.999999 % of uk born citizens will type house,home,flat and apartment before condo if they ever do i have never seen the uk property market offer up a home described as a condo just one guys opinion though and i wish you luck with it i really do after all we are all trying to get somewhere stats are one thing but i cant see anyone jumping on it to buy it
