I think it will be a place from india, where domain registration business has been highly competitive. What's your opinion ? please provide some names here.
I prefer namecheap. The checkout is clean and simple (like they don't throw tonz of stuff at you before checkout) and the user panel is very easy to understand. Moniker has also nice prices, but the user panel is somehow confusing
Well, if you want to use a company outside of India, I suggest Go Daddy. The best and the easiest. Also, lots of regular discount codes to get reduced prices.
Netfirms has a special promo for premium domains... You just need to enter the code 'dollardomain' and you get your .com domain for 3,99$ You can do this 1 time per credit card #... I use prepaid visa gift card so I often have a new card number and can beneficiate of the promotion!
Can you please let us know which domain name extension are you intersted in and which price will be considered as the cheapest one for you?
Yahoo's running a promo in which they're pushing their extremely expensive domains at attractive $1.99 / year prices... for the first year only. That's the catch. Make sure not to auto-renew. Best Regards, vip-ip.
Some are telling that by the time it should be renewed, Yahoo Domains won't be that easy to transfer.
I bet, I mean, it would be the smart thing for them to do to retain clients. Unethical, but smart. I can see it now: "Oh, you want to transfer? Simply fax us 3 copies of this, mail us that, and then call in exactly 7 days to verify (for security purposes, of course). Then please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Oh, your domain name expires next week? We'll help you renew for a nominal fee of just $34.99. Yes, we know GoDaddy does domain transfers easier, but here at Yahoo we have upstanding privacy policies in place to protect the integrity of all of our valued clients." Best Regards, vip-ip.
How do you get this offer? I have an account and can't see it anywhere. Tried to reg a domain but it wanted to charge me.
