    I have received a pm bin offer of $70 from a DP member N******** here yesterday 5:31am ,but I said there is no bin for this auction.

    And I have asked him/her to bid normally but not yet get the reply.

    So $60 is still the highest bid now until he/she bids or confirms the deal.

    I think it is fair to tell the fact for all other bidder(s) to know this.

    About 6 hours left ...
