Are you excited about the release of the original Star Wars or do you think George Lucas is ripping you off? Personally i loved growing up watching ewoks and harrison ford in a low quality format. But i could also see the upper side of remastering them.
Yes, but the topic of discussion is if your mad at George Lucas for releasing the same dvd's over and over again. He still hasn't released the remastered set. But the 30th anniversary is coming up soon.
I bought the 3 CD set last year or something. I thought it was sooo retarded when they put that new Anakin at the end of Return of the Jedi instead of the original person. I also thought it made NO sense at all...Anakin killed how many kids (!!) in the episode 3. And by doing a single thing, he became good again? What's up with that? One nice thing doesn't mitigate the fact that your actions killed many others. Very confusing sense of right and wrong.
Well it was the 70's when George Lucas created this. He was probably "enibreated" on marijuana at the time.
Heh. True. I'm glad the originals are coming back out again. Somehow, its cool to see all the space scenes with boxes around the ships like in the original. Too bad they can't edit out the ewoks completely

I had all the coloring books and stuff. I saw online a couple of months ago a picture of a star wars coloring book (where vader had leia in the cell) - and her face was in an unfortunate spot to make it look sexual. I've always wondered if that actually came from a coloring book, or if that was a photoshop.
