It's too soon. Give it time and work on the SEO before placing any ads. As for the ad placements, the leaderboard ads stick out like a sore thumb. Use only one. The lower left ad is too far down the page for anyone to notice it. Consider moving it up and change it to a 160x600 skyscraper ad if it will fit.
I can only say our site is still new, the content is not enough to attract the visitor, try focus on your content and SEO before think about earn good money
need more time to dig money guy... work harder and smarter, choose the right banner style or ads style and its position on your pages

Not trying to break your spirit or anything but with 100 impressions...IN 4 DAYS, u really shouldn't expect any clicks. Get some more targeted traffic. Maybe wait until u get 10000 imp. to see if things need to be changed.
good start for a new site,wait till you get returning uniques and then you can get a good amount of money
You current adsense location look blind to me, I almost not see the ads unless I have put the eyes on them. I would recommend you do some fine tune by either change ads format and position or change ads color. It could help you driven some clicks. The ads at left sidebar is the same.

4 days old site having 400 visitors is some thing uneven. I think all the 400 visits are from your ip check for the unique visitors and then think how much you can earn from those unique visitors. I am sure you might have not more than 2-3 unique visitors for the 4 day site. First let the search engines know that there is a new born baby(ngnmedia.com) and they will include your site in to there data bases. This can fetch you unique visitors. All you have to do is start building links from all possible means. But don't over submit your site may get banned from the search engines.
Visitors mean unique traffic to your site from unique IP. And page impressions refer to page views of your site. If one visitor surfs 10 pages then you get 1 visit but 10 impression.
Unless you own all the rights to the music and videos on that site, take adsense off it immediately. You might be able to slip through the cracks for awhile (but don't count on it), but eventually they will at best disable ads on the site, and at worst ban your account.. Yer not allowed to have copyright material on your site, or link to sites that do. =(
Just relax. It's normal as your site is newly launched. As time goes on your your ctr and clicks will increase especially if you are targeting high-paying keyword.
There is not a lot of depth and hiearchy on your site. Because of the way it is designed and the colors used, it looks rather flat and uninviting.
