Sorry there was an mistake...earlier we required $50 for payout but we have decreased it to $25 now. Payments are made the 20th of each month for the previous month. If your balance for the previous month is over $25 and you have provided complete payment information, you will receive a payment shortly thereafter by PayPal.

The $0.05 is minimum click bid for advertisers but our optimal keyword suggestion tool provides the advertiser with an well suggested bid price for specific keywords.

Our Median Advertiser CPC for Publishers is $0.20-$4.00

I think you should decrease minimum payout to $10 since you are new and you have to build trust.
