I like your site. The one things that somewhat throw me of those were the graphics in your sidebar. They pulled me away from your content on the left.

I designed it my self, Yes I use a cms I use modx

There isn't much flow to your site, it's all blended together, use more define colors for certain areas of your website to make it stick out.
