    Hello,

Till february, i withdrew the amount to my card.. Now it is stopped.. Can i still do that?

If i cannot do from indian paypal account, is it available from any other country to my VISA credit card?

    Thanks,

For indian paypal accounts they have disabled that option so you can withdraw only through check option or bank transfer.

    DON.

Opening account under fictitious name and address is a very risky affair and you risk losing both account as well as funds!
If you anyway want to use CC funds... why don't you withdraw paypal funds to a bank account and transfer this funds from your bank account into your credit card... there after!
