Few weeks back I created an adwords account. Objective is to find couple of high paying keywords. I have added few keywords and allow for autobid option. I selected territory as Sri Lanka where most of visitors come to by blogs. And after a couple of days it showed CPC as 7.25 $ per click for Sri Lanka. Then I created a blog about this keywords, ads for those keywords appear in my blog. Then I got few clicks per day, which finally paid out around 0.15 - 0.20 per click. Pls clarify where I have gone wrong. Pls guide me as how to use adwords account to find out real keywords CPC bids. Thank you.
Ambalama, the amount mentioned in the screen shot is the MAX cpc. You'll get this amount only if you get a US or European click that comes through an organic search. Where did you get your clicks from?

The concept is simple: US advertisers pay more for US hits. Most of the adsense advertisers are Americans and they it would be totally stupid for them to pay 7.25 dollars for a Lankan click.

you cannot know. But know that the CPC you saw is only the best someone is ready to pay, but probably only for an ad on google search, not on adsense publishers.
