Although you have raised a valid point, I am not sure if I understood it well. Traffic from anywhere means good thing. A person coming from search enginer or referral does not make a difference on the chances of a click taking place. How does a quality traffic help in ensuring that hits would be good. If your content is good, why would someone click on ads? Chances of him reading the content and shutting the website would be higher !! Need more air on this topic .......
Why not running a single site? I heard from many bloggers saying that they earn more than $10,000/mo from their blogs. You simply can't maintain your 30 sites, better focus on one.
i have over 200 adsense sites myself and each month I pick the one (about 2) with lowest earnings to do some SEO etc.... good luck though
Make sure to run a Wordpress blog on your sites. For the novice user it is much easier to use than most free systems that are available. Wordpress also has the plug-ins needed for SEO, social media sharing, rss feeds, and site-maps. Even if you produce great exclusive content you would need the for-mentioned to spread it through out the Internet. Other than that, waste money and bombard your city with flyers and commercials that will be ignored for the most part.

The least you can do is to put one or two blogs in the signature. That will at least help you increase the number of links to the blogs.

Supposed there is a same visitor from the same IP and he click my ad on the 2nd visit, would that be included in calculation of revenues? I am not sure if Unique visitor is needed for qualifying as a click !!
Where do you get this notion that if your content is good people won't click ads? That's exactly why they click ads. You tell the reader they have a problem, you tell them the solution, they see the ad that takes them to the product that solves the problem you told them about and they click it. Give them bad content and they aren't going to click ads just to get away from your site.
