Logically: bad sites shouldn' harm your site at all. Otherwise, any competitor could start spaming with your link on bad sites and decreasing your reputation. I think google is one of searchengines, who could check it and control. About other searchengines I can say that.
How do determine a "bad site"? Unless it's full of malware or something I can't see how it could be a "bad site". If the site has a very low PR I wouldn't waste my time with it anyhow...
High PR is the criteria of "good site" If PR=0 it doesn't mean that the site is bad. Quality depends on the quality of content of the site, % of the pages are indexed (compare with the whole number of pages), the time the site is in the index etc. But in general "bad site" means spam site and only googlebot could say who he suspect in it)
If you site connect with any bad site or link farm site Google will find the same and they will treat your site like spam site that case Google may banned your site
What kind of connection do you mean? You won't be treated like "spam" just because of link from the spam site. Even if there is a thousand such links. So what other connection with "bad site" could be?
