What email subscription systems there is for a blog?

I'm running a blog which gets around 100-200 visitors per day (especially one of my articles). However I would like to have an option for the visitors to subscribe to my blog via email so that everytime I post a new blog post they get an email notification.

How do I do this?

Wordpress has a plugin called GWA Autoresponder

 

If you use wordpress, you can burn your rss to feedburner or feedblitz, i use feedburner because it's easy to customize. And you can copy and paste the email form easily. These step by step video guides might be a help.
