I asked about contents.

 

If you provide warez then it is against google tos. if you just provide information about software then it is fine. if you add duplicate content then the content may be removed (may not be added) from google search

Warez is not against google TOS anyway. Google has so many warez sites indexed. Listing upto PR5 dat I know of :|

 

Your content and your ads placement are looking safe to me as well. It has nothing against to adsense TOS based on my opinion. However, I think the top ads has some blind. I am not sure if other ones thinking like me or not. You may ask your friend to see if the ads blind or not. If it's blinded, you should either strip it off or change ads color to make it more efficiently.

 

It also looks fine to me as newbie.

 

Note, that just because google indexes Warez sites, does not mean that their AdSense program allows them.

 

I don't see any problem with the content.
Just build links and start getting some good traffic to make money.

 

Just avoid placing your ads beside an image/picture. Your site is doing fine.

 

I think it's allowed. But remember this, don't put anything on your blog that will lead the user to download the product.

Warez sites are against Google TOS. I suggest you take the legit route, and write good content to earn income.
