Definitely PPI's are 10 to 30 times more converting than PPCs. Then why people are trailing behind PPCs.Just have a look on to any Pay per Install program payout structures and calculate with comparisons.I am sure, who ever used PPI's never go for PPC's, CPA's or CPM's again. PPI pays better than PPC and CPM but converts lesser because many don't want to install programs into their PC. and no, CPA rates are on par with PPI if not better
PPI pays more than PPC, cuz you don't get as much installs as clicks (personally I treat such a software with great consciousness). I wouldn't compare those two much, thus those are different payment systems - for some people one might work better than the another one, that's just how it is.

I agree with you and I am now promoting one of them but my biggest problem that I am trying to get High quality traffic for advertising these products ( particularly US traffic) . Is there any way to get quality US traffic to it . I have no website right now and have searched alot for a website that have such good traffic and reasonable prices to advertise with, but I found nothing . Any one could help ??

Yes, PPI make more money with certain traffic and certain ways of promotion but some sites can afford to have only PPC... if I would get some hi ranked keyword traffic than I can get even more per click than per install. But yes for movie, game, music or adult sites are PPIs really the best option. Loudmo can even convert very well facebook traffic with its "chameleon tom"
With so much malware & spyware out there, it is hard to believe surfers would willingly download software to their computers, at least in the US. Still, I suppose some verticals would be more likely to do well, such as the ones presented by Webmoney
I thought at first that you are right, however I think that any one has an antivirus program - by the way microsoft security essential is doing well and is free of charge- that can easily scan these software and catch any spyware in it before installing the program and even after installing ,It can be blocked without any harm to the PC . Why If this software is priced you may then think of it as a spyware and virus free and if it was a free one there must be a harmful catch ? alot of good services are free because they rely on adverts to earn from . Eventually I can not make sure that all free software are virus or spyware free but not all of them also , hiding these stuff in it .
