    First let me say hello to everyone here at Digital Point.
    I only recently stumbled across this forum, and had no idea of the WP community here.

    I've been working with wordpress since 1.4 and have a strong love/hate relationship with here. I've done a lot of work making plugins for others, but cant ever think of anything i need for my self, other than what wordpress gives.

    So like i said, school is out. and being the geek that i am, the sun is not shinning on me. I need some ideas for killing some time, let me know of that 1 plugin or function you wish wordpress could do, and i will se what i can do to make it happen.

    let me know, post here.

    Could you possibly make a plugin where you can edit your current themes files on the Wordpress dashboard? For example; on the dashboard side panel, under a theme section, you have all the files (such as php and others) and you can just edit the code instead of having to manually edit the theme from your server. It's mostly for theme developers, but I think it would be a good idea.

    While I could do this, and might do something like it. You can already edit themes front the web side.

    How about a country based redirect - ie language changes based on IP?

    I'd like a plugin which allows multiple upload and activation of a number of plugins!

    Glad you like the idea - if you do write it I would buy a copy as I dont think there is anything else like that. Have a look at http://www.kirimpesan.com/?p=579 for details of the coding needed. If you could combine the two (translation and geo-ip) that would be a vey good one.

    Also the translation plugins you have done I would be interested in these as the stuff out there is fairly average (N2H and I havent tried qtranslate). Let me know if you would sell me/ let me have a copy.

    Thanks

    How about a autoresponder feature like Get Response that utilizes the existing Wordpress user list? Think this will help alot of wordpress website owners cut cost! ;)

    Now I have been told that to make ur content so someone else can embed it you have to add <TEXTAREA> tags to it.

    Well my question is this wouldn't it be possible for you to make a plugin that does that
