[Question] Is there a way we can know the top searches in google?

I am just asking if there is already a tool available that could give the top searches in google.

Google Trends is the best way to know..

 

You can the use Google Keyword Tool:

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

It will suggest other keywords too based on your initial keyword. You can analyse popular/top keywords through this. You can also set you location so that it shows only the searches conducted in Philippines.
