Why are you wanting PR and not rankings? Hasn't anyone told you that PageRank doesn't matter ?!?!

Oh, and as an aside it's highly unlikely that you'll see a public PR of 4 within a month because Google only publically update PR once every 3 months or so ... so unless you're super lucky in your timing.

Why PR4, why not PR3 or PR5 ..... I'd suggest reading up on some SEO basics first.

I think all these channels will give you PR 4 but you need to focus on only high PR sites.

Within a month? You have to be kidding! Firstly, PR updates happen every 3-4 months. Also, PR 4 is pretty high, so you'll need to make sure all your website code is w3c valid - 100% (very important), make sure your site has lots of great content, and build loads (I mena tonnes) of backlinks!

    Blog commenting
    forum posting
    social bookmarking
    article submission
    directory submission

Pagerank does not matter for search engine positions, or for the traffic received by that site from google, but many people value pagerank because it is a good factor when selling or buying links, it is the fastest way to evaluate a website link popularity with minimum time. It is truth that the quantity not equal to quantity but the people in the market really appreciate the pagerank so if you have a PR4 website you can get good money for it in the market, thousand of dollars if it is a good topic even if the website receive no traffic.

Many people also think that PR4 is easy to build, probably because they got an easy PR3, but it is not, you need time to wait until the pagerank goes up, you need many good links and you can never get it if you don't use the right strategy. IF google see that the links may come from paid links you won't get the pagerank expected.

It also happens to be one of the easiest and fastest ways to get a site banned. Google have officially stated that "buying or selling links that pass PageRank is in violation of Google's webmaster guidelines and can negatively impact a site's ranking in search results."

It is not possible to get PR4 witin a month.. 1st google update PR once in 3 month, second only few good webmaster may make pr3 or 4 at first ranking... also, PR is useless if site do not rank in search engine.

only way to get it would be by pure luck.

you need to be just about one month ahead of next PR update and have LOTS of high PR backlinks. doing standard submissions will not help you get there in one month. pick high PR sites and place your links there if you can. keep in mind that the homepage PR will not help you, you need to have links from actual PR pages. many many of them

As we all know that content is the king, so always a site administrator should use unique content within the website. and if you want to increase pr of your website then its also important to get back links from high pr relevant website. however there is no defined rules to determine the level of activities required to achieve specific pr.

I don't know why you need PR 4? As google doesn't consider PR as a factor for a site to be rated in SERPs. I am sorry but still you can't achieve PR 4 by doing quality SEO work in 1 month. It would require more time. And do activities written in the above posts.

I don't get the whole RSS feed thing. It just completely boggles my mind. Yeah, I'm dumb that way. I don't get how it works, what it is--is it a web page or what?

    Hi, webflipp.me

Trying to build as many as backlinks at the very beginning of a new site from dofollow high PR sources via blog commenting, forum posting would be really helpful for PR purpose, especially from domains with .org, .edu and .gov suffix and niche relative sources.

    Have a nice day,

Before I answer this question, you should put this in a new thread not on this one.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.

Also called web feeds, RSS is a content delivery vehicle. It is the format used when you want to syndicate news and other web content. When it distributes the content it is called a feed. You could think of RSS as your own personal wire service. So simply every time you do a post its going to pop up on your rss feed. The benefit is people can subscribe to your rss feed and keep an update of your website.
