im really disappoint, i heard that paypal works in Pakistan long ago, they just close their service to Pakistan. i tried moneybookers. they also got problem with Pakistan they are not sending payment to standard chartered bank Pakistan although its not just a small bank and now paynoeer give us a gift. due to wrong polices of our gov. any way soon google will change their policy as well hope so. any way. any one get n idea which bank support by moneybooker in Pakistan,? You need to blame your new Governement which you people have voted! It is because of there policies and laziness this thing happened to us. Now there are alternatives like Entropay. Payoneer was one good option, like once paypal was in Pakistan. Now we'll say once Payoneer was in Pakistan.
IF you check there traffic details you may come to know it was 70% from Pakistan if you have a PP you ll use payoneer that expensive 3$ per month and 2$ each ATM use ? it was used only PP alternative i mean to say they must find a solution
They cannot (Payoneer) because our Govt. didn't renew the law in given deadline so they put us in low risk country for online transactions. Payoneer cannot do anything about it because they are regulated in USA and they have to follow policies. And they issue cards of Meta Bank USA, only solution is if our Govt. force the group who looks after the Anti Money Laundring Laws in Asia to reconsider this because we have updated our law according to given policies. It will still take upto 1 year or so!
