hello . first i contact the support many time and no reply my hotfile premium account has been hacket i still can open the acc but i cant change the pw bcz he tell me that need a validation code and i forget it i know that some one is using my account because i see that he try to upload some file and i didnt upload it he are using my money on the acc to request every 6-10 day a new premium account for one month so i check my earn and i see that i have request this month 5 ht acc why do i need 5 ht acc in same month ?? so what should i do ???
your mail account got hacked? if not then request a validation code to mail and reset it. they telling in their FAQ that they wont do any thing against your ac got hacked if my memory is right
Go here after logging in - http://www.hotfile.com/myaccount.html You'll see this Press "Request code" you'll get the code in mail. then enter it into the field and use the password reset feature above it
Just remember that everything in hotfile is locked on Sunday/Monday during their payment period. You won't be able to change your account until Tuesday now...
