i hate godaddy's hosting, i used to host my wife's blog there and their hosting control panel takes TOOOOOO LOOOOOONG to load. I do however buy all my domains from godaddy I bought all 7 of my domains from godaddy and host them on hostgator
I guess 90% or more web hosting companies offer features which you are looking for. It is nothing special. Regarding moving your WordPress blog you can do it very simply: 1. Use phpMyAdmin to export your database to a file 2. In the new web host upload this file again using phpMyAdmin 3. Edit the config file and upload all files to your new web space

That's not exactly true. There are plenty of low cost hosts that provide great service and there are plenty higher priced hosts that provide bad service. The cost is not always an example of the quality.
Consider the offers of such company as webhostingbuzz.com. Reasonable prices and most likely meeting the requirements you have. Or may also suggest marblehost.com shared hosting as this company is not only stable but also offers great bonuses included into accounts.
It's possible to find $3-4/mo with those features but you're most likely gonna have to pay annually or longer. I just dont see any provider offering live support for $3-4/mo paid monthly.

Your demands are very reasonable. I am sure most hosts would be happy to host you. Just search the offers section. Do research the host ... (sending them few sales queries is a good idea) Whatever you do, just try to avoid "unlimited" hosts. You are bound to get troubles with them sooner or later due to massive overselling. There is nothing unlimited in this industry and if they are promising you something they can't deliver.. You shouldn't be trusting them.
