Hello everbody,

as you all know that i am using xfilesharing pro, and its been 24 hours since i am contacting that guy for support and to fix that issue. and that person is not replying to my email. i dont know how the hell he have such kind of crappy support. i can max wait till tommorow. if not then i will be going to get my own script. if they can fix issue in the start how can they fix things later. At-least i made few friends here on Digital point.

hopefully you guys can understand my situation.

 

Did you ask for help on the forum or direct to support as sometimes they are busy but they should have offered better support than they have done.

 

i contacted them via direct support. they dont have a single thing to provide proper support. also not client area or ticketing system. everything is like on random basis

 

that is not good news has anyone else given you any suggestions on the forum,i am not sure what else to suggest really the trouble is if you go down th route of a custom script you could well get the same type of problems but with even limited support.Hope you get it sorted out soon

 

basically i have my small team who do quite good programming, but they do PHP, not perl. so i am going to get everything done in php as it will make everything under my control. in the mean time if someone here who can help fixing the issues?

 

so you will go on with mangoshare once you fix these issues right? mangoshare is the pay per download filehosting i like the most.

reports = not real time and just an optional thing. main will be your my account
IE problem = Working on it , will be fixed very soon.
Payments = Just paid all the members. and rejected one payment of the user which i reported before.
Power = adding more servers to the system , so you can go full Force

Why my point is not increasing..I heard that mangoshare is best so I started uploading here but if points will not increase then how will I enjoy uploading there??

First of all the points system go fixed about couple of hours ago. Second the Downloads will increase because they are calculated on the basis of link generation but points are calculated only and only if full download is done

Hope it will clear your concerns. And yea dont worry there will be no payment problems whatsoever

 

will you add torrent remote upload support?

 

yea i will be adding but not this week, as currently i am getting quite powerful servers. so first i need to get those servers attached

PUB = Public, i mean whether you want to share it with public or not, in case catalog option is enabled
