If i want to use other sites than the one i used in the application can i just go ahead and use them or do i need to get them approved? (It's basically the same kind of sites just a different category)

Yes, you are allowed to do that and you don't need to get them approved.

When a person completes a survey, a Trial offer with credit card or purchase offer with any payment method then you get paid for lead.

It would be nice if I could have my CPAlead employees help me answer questions on here without being banned. I have been trying to get a hold of a moderator to talk about this situation. Our intentions are to provide customer support out in the open, I think the DigitalPoint community would benefit if more networks did the same.

Agreed, even though Digital Point members do help answering some questions, there are some questions that would be better answered by CPALead employees. :)
They offer great support via e-mail, chat and such, and since they are willing to offer support also on DigitalPoint, I don't see why they can't do that. :/

You want one account for earning money money through referrals only and one for legitimate offers? What would the point in that be?

only one account is allowed per person - why would you even need 2?

it has been 10 days since i opened a ticket, asking a few simple questions. And it has been over a month with the errors i get while editing account details. CPA staff is becoming very lazy? because this gets annoying when you wait constantly for more then a week for a reply to your ticket. The worst part is that i cannot use cpalead on my sites till this problem is solved. So can anyone from cpalead staff take a look at my plea. Only jeremy has replied to a mail i sent him, and he too has not followed up since then, which was 2 days ago. I am getting frustrated now. I am sure the problem isn't that hard to fix, is it?

anyone experience this before while trying to edit account info like payment method, password, etc? Or is their something wrong with my account. Help!

Could you please PM me your ticket numbers? Our employees are instructed to respond to all tickets. There is no reason why your ticket would be ignored unless there was an error. I sincerely apologize for this possible oversight.

I believe it is because of the formula you are using, if you are using "Advanced/Strictly EPC", then it is most likely your widget will show only high paying offers.
But if you haven't disabled the offer and are using "Strictly Conversions/Easy Lead", then you might have to disable some offers that come first in line, I don't know how many surveys you chose to show on your widget, but the standard is "6", you can look at it in the tab "Widgets">"The Widget You Use">"Modify Surveys" :)

    Hey Manorwolf,

There was a temporary issue with the validation emails. If you email me your affiliate id # I will send you out a new validation which will work properly.
