Guys,I need a PayPal account, I wanna ask a friend of mine who lives in Germany to open one for him self and then I use it. I was wondering whether It's possible to open a PayPal account without having a banking account in Germany or not. becuse he doesn't like to use his banking account information for that. Is it possible to use a virtual credit card(vcc) instead of banking account there? any other suggestion that can help me?

If you have phone number and PAN card, you can create Paypal account easily. Visit paypal.com for registration.
and if you want to sell and buy something, use premiere account... and don't forget using vcc to active your account... if you don't you cant receive money..
