What are you confused about with regard to the providers you listed? Also, have you looked through the offers here at DP? There are a lot of hosts here that offer exactly what you are looking for.

Many host will be able to provide you a custom package based on the request. Host allocate more resources to costlier package. Just let them know your requirements and they will be happy to assist you. You can also try cloud hosting if your budget is not a problem.

I think you need to specify all of your requirements first of all and only then start the search. You are operating with web hosting companies names. In any case that is not correct approach.

I agree with Johnatan that A2Hosting.com is a great choice.

Hi ... I can't compliment Host Gator enough. I've had a small shared hosting account, with Host Gator, for two years and never a problem. At the moment, I'm moving all my sites from a VPS, at VexxHost, to shared accounts at Host Gator. I know HG offers stability, reliability and the best support. This move is a stop gap so I can research and decide on a reliable VPS provider, which may well be at Host Gator. Hope this helps. Good luck.

hostmonster and bluehost is the same company. I don't think you're gonna get very much cpu usage from any of those companies since they are low budget oversold providers.

    Check out hosting24.com and JustHost.com
Hosting24 is the paid company that owns 000webhost.com which is an excellent free host. I've used both and my site never once went down, used them for a full year. Actually pretty cheap plans for their unlimited package.

Justhost.com operates out of the UK Ibelieve, also very cheap yet my site never went down once despite 2k+ views a day operating a flash arcade site with 1000+ games.
