    I signed up... I'm starting to think it was a waste of my $17.00

    Constant connection timeouts. I have a hard time even accessing my control panel.
    Even typing this response to get the current server load to post for you, It took me three
    attempts because of server timeouts. At the time of this posting current server load
    is Server Load 4.72 (8 cpus) Way tooo high!

    I am having the same problem! The site is down frequently! I have only signed up for less than 3 days and had 2 long down time already.
    I am trying to request for a refund as the terms of service states a 5 days money back guarantee if it is due to downtime. Still haven't got a reply back yet though for my refund request.

    Can you issue my refund?
    I filed my request for refund a week ago.
    The site was down constantly and is down again.
    Terms of Service clearly says that Host Latch will provide refund if the site uptime doesn't meet 99.9%. My site so far has been down more than 17.867% of the time.

    I thought they already fix the down time problem and high cpu load problem?

    They not yet fix?

    I can't take a CPU load screen shot because my site is not accessible at all.
    There was a short period of time where my site was actually accessible. Very short.

    My ticket for refund has been ignored completely.
