Hi guys, Today I checked my paypal account and found that paypal has limited my account and I'm unable to send or withdraw money. According to paypal this is a temporary problem for security reason. If anybody had face this problem, kindly let me know how much time it will take to restore my account. Thanks in Advance
My both account got limited 10 days ago .. and submitted all doc + info about service on Resolution page ,, but still getting automated mail from paypal that asking more info .. I sent money to many seller - over 1k ..And paypal held all of the money that i made payment for service .. If they won't restore my account within 180 days ? Could i access after 180 days ?
You will definitely be able to withdraw your funds lying as balance in Paypal... to your bank account after 180 days. Regards, RightMan
When 180 days pass, They will contact you by email to let you know that you can withdraw the remaining funds to the bank account..
there is no specified time period to remove limitations from paypal because my account was limited on 2nd march and it is still limited .
no if u loose ur limitation appeal u cant remove ur limitation through out of ur lifetime . anyway call them or send e-mail from " payment reviewed by paypal " section and tell them that " u authorized all the payments that u made for release of ur sending money .
I already submitted all necessary documents + information about payments .. But they are still asking additional information .. What's the additional info ? Can anyone tell me in detail ? Submitted documents : 1. Driving Licence id + PAN CARD id 2. SBI bank letter + Income tax letter 3. Information about payments
i have same problem with paypal, my account limited but i send information and document and they accept it but yet is limited, see picture
Just wondering... Paypal restored my account as usual. I was regular communicating with paypal and they restored my account.
Paypal also limited one of my accounts. It has about US$400. Upon logging in to Paypal there was a link I could click to add the information they were asking. They were inquiring about a set of transactions that they found suspicious. I did fill the form answering. After few days I got an automated email saying the information I provided wasn't enough so I should log in and send more info. I tried, but the form is not there anymore. The e-mail also say "please don't reply to this email". So now I'm unable to give them the info they require to release my US$400. Very convinient for Paypal I suppose... It's not convinient for me to call them, but eventually I will. Until then they'll keep my money and the interest they earn from it. Paypal is not exactly what I'd call an honest company...
If you click on the resolution link it should give you somewhat of a general idea. It could be because you received a large sum of money, or you dont have a credit card/ bank account attached to your payapl.
Call them and ask them whats really the problem Many cases are resolved during the call But if serious i think they will guide u what to do
Hey, PayPal does limit the accounts of people just to ensure your security. Just send the documents or submit proofs. They will remove the limitation in a matter of days. Thanks,
