A few people offered me up to 500$ for this site. I purchased this website and domain a few years back on ebay. I did not have the funds nor experience to develop it further into what it should be.

Today I am offering to trade this site for a website or websites already generating revenue. I am interested in such sites as adsense, ringtone, and myspace. I will consider all offers. Let me know. Thanks.

Well, interesting concept, but how does it get around the 'practicing law without a license' issue?

 

This is just a contract storage. When the contract is agreed upon from both parties it gets stored forever in the database. No one can manipulate it after that. Should help with some sort of evidence if ever a dispute.

Would you consider www.houseremodeling.org ? All content is unique and site is custom made. This is a highly search term. The site has been optimized for Adsense, SEO'd, and directory submitted. It also has Amazon book recommendation/affilitae script integrated in it.

CTR and Price per click is very good. Site made $18.43 last month. Now that is it out of the sandbox it is climbing in the SEs.

Currently for search term House Remodeling:

Google 9
Yahoo 3+35
MSN 4+5

Made $11.16 so far this month. With a few link exchanges (currently PR3) you should get steady improvement.

 

I don't like dealing with .org sites. Also, I dont think you are supposed to use adsense on them?

 

Adsense is no problem on .org(s).
